It will help your skin revitalise and look healthy giving a beautiful glow to the skin. Recipe: 3 cups of rose water 5 cups of distilled water 4-5 drops of essential oil of rose (for more fragrance) Put the Petals in a Pot and put the Lid in the Fridge for 30 minutes. Boil the Distilled Water and once ready pour the Boiled Water on the Rose petals. Cover the Bowl with the lid. We need the steam as it is enriched with the essential oil of the Rose petals. The cold lid will liquify the steams instantly and it will return to the water and fill it with the Rich aroma. You will notice that the color of the petals is fading. Keep it there for 2 hours. Strain the Water and squeeze the Rose petals. Add the drops of the Essential oil of Roses for extra aroma and store it when cool in a spraying bottle. While storing keep the rose water refrigerated, this is a good to ensure a better shelf life without adding alcohol to the mix for preservation which can affect more sensitive skin types. Recipe: Simply collect Sea Water in a spraying bottle and add a few drops of essential oil of your preference for fragrance. Store in the fridge for better shelf life.

4 cups of distilled water 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Bring the water to a boil. Add the rosemary and lower the heat. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then close the heat and let it cool. Strain the water and add the vinegar. Optionally add a few drops of essential oil of rosemary mixed with almond oil in the mixture. Place the liquid in a spray bottle.

Boil the water and add the nettle. Lower the heat and swirl the mix for 10 minutes. Let the mix cool and strain the water. You can optionally add an essential oil of your choice. Add to a bottle for storage and use it as a hair wash.

Recipe: 2 tablespoons of apple vinegar 1 cup of water
Mix the vinegar with the water and use it as a wash on your hair before you step out from the shower. You can experiment with the amount of vinegar you want to use until you find what works best for you. Optionally, you can add essential oil drops of your choice to make it more fragrant. Lavender really works well.
