Blood is one thing that unites the entire mankind. We share common attributes but we slo vary alot! For decades it’s being debated how your blood type can determine your diet. Although nothing is proved in the scientific community yet, the theory comes from Peter D’Adamo who authored the famous blood type diet – based on previous research. Each blood type has different types of lectins. According to the blood type diet theory, there are many lectins in the diet that specifically target different ABO blood types. Hence, eating the unsuitable types of lectins could lead to unhealthy conditions.
