General Predictions for the New Moon in Aquarius:

On February the 11^th, at 19:06 UT the Moon meets the Sun, in Aquarius, forming the New Moon. This New Moon defines also the Chinese New Year, and since at the moment of the New Moon it will be the 12^th of the month in China, the 12^th of February is the New Year’s.

During this waxing Moon period the Sun moves in to Pisces, on the 18^th, and Venus also enters Pisces, on the 25^th, two days before the Full Moon. So, the extreme focus on Aquarius is calming down, which is a mostly beneficial thing, although Libra and Gemini, more so than Aquarius, might not think so. As Aquarius relaxes – and the Fixed Cross, too – the stressful squares the planets produce with Taurus’ planets, also cease to act. Additionally, some auspicious hexagons are formed, instead. Pisces and the rest of the water signs will experience this benevolent change even more strongly, and so will Taurus.

Furthermore, Mercury turns back into direct motion, on the 21^st, at 00:52 UT, which, on its own, is a good thing.

Therefore, the planetary scenery changes, slowly, but significantly.

Mars’ square with Jupiter:

From the three long term square Mars has activated in July, the one with Pluto has ceased activity, as we’ve seen, on the 16^th of January. Also, the one with Saturn ceased activity on the 7^th of February. So, only one remains active.

This is the one with the extra speedy Jupiter which became accurate for the last time on the 23^rd of January. Now it’s not too strong and it is loosing power by the day. It will finally stop affecting us three days before the Full Moon, on the 24^th of February.

Under the influences of this square, being too optimistic is not, in fact, positive thinking, but a way to hindrance our progress. Worrying too much is also easy to happen and it is just as ill-advisable as being too optimistic is. The same is true for being impatient. As now Mars is in Taurus, and both planets are in the Fixed Cross, a much less flexible cross than the Cardinal one, stubbornness can also be an issue. It might be easier, if we keep an eye on it, to control it, when it reveals its face, but, some times, stubbornness might be confused for determination, and then things can be more complicated.

Furthermore, financial risks should be avoided. Scams and fake opportunities promising to get you rich fast are possible to appear and should also be avoided. Any kind of investment should be considered extra carefully.

The rest inauspicious aspects of the New Moon:

Jupiter squares Uranus. This square was accurate on the 17^th of January. Right now it’s neither too strong, not too weak, but it will be weak enough by the end of the waxing fortnight. This aspect is active since the 7^th of December and it will be affecting us until the 6^th of March 2021. Usually such an aspect would last much longer and would affect the whole year, but since Jupiter is super speedy, this won’t happen on 2021. Even when Jupiter will turn retrograde, this square, only slightly and mostly unnoticeably, will be reactivated, from early September until the first days of November. This square might still bring some tension and problems in international relationships, international trade, as well as in relationships and businesses with people from other countries.

Saturn, too, squares Uranus. This is a years-long lasting square, and we’ll only comment on it when it’s very strong. From the beginning of January and until the end of July it will be so. During the period of this square we will feel we are lacking freedom. Now that Saturn is in a more outgoing zodiac sign, than it was last spring and the previous two months, when this aspect was also active, this lack of freedom might be more lax, objectively, but in a personal level we might experience it more intensively. Especially for a month before and after this aspect becomes accurate. The first time this will happen will be on the 17^th of February, during this fortnight. Therefore, right now it’s extra strong.

Also, Venus squares Uranus. This aspect was accurate on the 7^th of February and it will cease activity on the 15^th of February. Amongst else, under the influences of this square, online dating needs some extra attention. Also, those whose income depends on online activity, as well as from the arts can face some challenges. Artistic productivity, too, is a bit handicapped.

The Sun still squares Mars. This square was accurate on the 1^st of February. Although now it has lost much of its strength, it will be affecting us until the 23^rd of February. Under the influences of this square we might become more impatient and more stubborn. Some extra attention around fire, heat, electricity and metal is advisable. Electrical circuits and devises, heating systems and the like can also face some problems and some repairs might become necessary.

Mercury, too, squares Mars. This aspect was accurate on the 10^th of February, the eve of this New Moon. Therefore, it is very strong, right now, and it will keep affecting us until the 18^th of the month. During the whole period Mercury is Retrograde. This is certainly not the right period for making hasty decisions. Also, all kinds of communication receive some stress and need a calmer mind. Misunderstandings can easily happen. Means of communications are also challenged. Transportations and vehicles, too. Being extra careful when driving won’t harm. In fact, being extra careful when engaging with any dangerous activity is highly advisable, as accidents can happen.

Also, Venus squares Mars. Accurately so on the 19^th of February. This aspect is active since the 6^th of February and it will remain so until the 6^th of March. During the last 8 days, Venus will be in Pisces and, for the last two days, Mars will be in Gemini. During the period of this aspect’s influence, love life needs some extra attention. Venus still has some supported and, now, so does Mars (although Mars receives much stress, too) so, if we keep a calm and clear mind, things will proceed well, but be on alert to avoid unnecessary conflicts. Also, cosmetic surgery, or other similarly drastic methods of beautification are not advisable. Furthermore, health will be sensitive. Especially so for the zodiacs the two planets are, at the time. For most of the period these zodiacs will be Taurus and Aquarius.

The auspicious aspects of the New Moon:

Neptune’s years-long hexagon with Pluto is, slowly, gaining more and more power by the day. As we’ve said, this blessing will remain quite strong until the end of the year. Furthermore, although this hexagon will be becoming stronger and weaker many times, without ever losing most of its strength, it won’t become accurate again until the 24^th of July 2026. By then, though, both planets will have changed their zodiacs.

Amongst else, this hexagon empowers magic and help us heal our souls, and our relationships. Physical healing, and especially via traditional methods, also receives some help. Progress in medicine and pharmacology, in a global level can still happen, although not as fast now. Breakthroughs might be rarer, but not insignificant. As the hexagon will be much stronger from May to July, some greater progress, then, is expected.

Mercury gets back into a weak and imperfect conjunction with Saturn, from the 12^th of February and until the 6^th of March. Although this aspect won’t become very strong, this time, during the period of this conjunction, our minds can become much clearer and it’s a good period for making plans for the future and for making important decisions. Also, meditative techniques and visualisation can have very good results, while realistic ideas to make our wishes come true can come to mind.

Also, Mercury is still in a conjunction with the Sun. This aspect became accurate on the 8^th of February and it will be active until the 13^th of February. Short-lived as this aspect might be, it will bring some help and good luck that will reduce the negative effects of the Retrograde Mercury, while supporting the beneficial effects of it. This is also an auspicious period for paying back debts, as well as for claiming what other people owe you.

Venus conjuncts Saturn. This conjunction was accurate on the 6^th of February, and it will be active until the 15^th of February. This aspect can bring some help in love life. Strengthening relationships, building stronger foundations for them, healing problems in them, turning them to a more serious one and things like those are supported. Also, relationships with a significant age difference receive some extra help. Healing of ourselves and our souls is also quite strong, under this aspect.

Incidently, Venus is in a hexagon with Chiron. This hexagon will stop affecting us just a day before the Venus-Saturn conjunction will cease activity, on the 14^th of February. This hexagon, along with Saturn’s cooperation, has given us a golden opportunity to heal love related karma and to transform our love related fate from the inside out. Although the results might take some time to manifest, work done under these influences, will be much more effective than usual. Now the hexagon isn’t very strong, but still take advantage of this opportunity.

Back to Venus, it conjuncts Jupiter, too. This conjunction becomes accurate on the day of this New Moon, the 11^th of February. It has been affecting us since the 2^nd of February and it will keep on doing that until the 21^st of the month. This can bring some good luck in love and social life. Some interesting encounters, too, and some help for those trying to expand their social circles.

Along with the Venus-Saturn conjunction, it can also help professionals of the arts, beauty and health to make their name more well-known. Mercury is Retrograde, while the two conjunctions are both active, and Venus is in odds with Mars and Uranus, so things won’t be too easy, but they’ll be much easier. Some luck will be supporting our efforts, too, although we might not experience this help, if we don’t do our part.

Venus also conjuncts Mercury. This conjunction will be accurate on the 13^th of February, but it’s been affecting as since the 9^th of February and it will do so until the 18^th. Because of Mercury’s retrograde motion this aspect will be unusually short-lived and not as lucky as usual, but it can help social and love life. Exes and people reminding us of exes can play a role in our lives, too. Also, love spells we’ve cast might bring some result, now.

Incidently, those two planes will meet, again, in Taurus, late April, when Mercury will have started slowing down to turn retrograde, for the second time in the year. Then, the aspect will be an unusually long-lived one, and with a break of 4 days, it will be affecting us from the 15^th of April and until the 5^th of June. Then, other than the few last days, both planets will be in direct motion. Much later, they’ll meet again in Capricorn, just before the year ends, for another short-lived conjunction, because, then, Venus will be in retrograde motion. As those two social planets can never form a triangle, their conjunctions are the strongest and most auspicious aspects. Therefore, make the best use of those periods.

Mars forms a hexagon with Neptune. This hexagon will become accurate on the 14^th of February, and it is affecting us since the 26^th of January and until the 4^th of March. This peculiar beneficial aspect can help passions rise in a relationship. Not just sexual passions, mind you. This can make a good relationship much better. In the same time, though, it can bring an unhealthy relation to its destruction. The latter might not be a pleasant outcome, but it is, indeed, a blessing.

Furthermore, Mars forms a triangle with Pluto. This aspect is affecting us since the 6^th of February and it will be doing so until the 15^th of March. It will become accurate on the 25^th of February. This triangle gives more power to magic and, especially, sex magic, fire magic and potion making. The traditional and modern rulers of Scorpio cooperating, can, of course, also raise our sexual desires.

The Retrograde Mercury conjuncts Jupiter. Accurately so on the 14^th of February. This conjunction is active since the 8^th of February and until the 16^th of March. A second accurate conjunction between the planets will occur on the 5^th of March, when Mercury will be back into direct motion. Trade and, especially, international trade will receive some help, despite Mercury’s retrograde activity. All jobs depending on communications and transportations, too, will receive help. Once Mercury turns back into direct motion, expansions will be receiving help, too, while new ideas can occur. Until then, be more reluctant, and work mostly on what you’ve pre-decided, or on making preparations to manifest your new ideas when Mercury goes Direct, again. It’s also a good period for (re)activating social media accounts.

The Sun forms a hexagon with Uranus. Accurately so on the 25^th of February. This hexagon will be active from the 16^th of February and until the 9^th of March. This can boost and support whatever has to do with internet and high-tech equipment, including online businesses, online dating, social media activity, etc. As Mercury interacts stressfully with Uranus, although their square won’t become accurate, some extra caution is needed when you buy new computers, smartphones and the like, but proceed to such purchases, regardless, once Mercury turns back into direct motion. Then, Mercury’s and Uranus’ square will be at it’s strongest point, but also the Sun’s and Uranus hexagon will be almost perfect. Venus, too, will have started blessing Uranus, so, overall, it will be a good period for such things.

So, Venus will forming a hexagon with Uranus, too. Accurately so on the 3^rd of March. This hexagon will start acting on the 24^th of February and it will remain active until the 12^th of March. We’ll experience this blessing more so during the waning fortnight, but it will support Uranus and Sun’s hexagon clearly, since the first day of its activity, as Venus and the Sun will be in a harmonious cooperation. Furthermore, during the period of this hexagon’s activity, online dating, online social activity and money making via the internet, technology and the arts receive support. Love life, too, receives support and unexpected, or unusual situations might occur, there. They’ll be pleasant ones, but maybe not what you are used to. Changes in what one expects from love, and how one expresses love also can take place. Artistic creativity also receives a boosting.

Finally, Jupiter’s and Saturn’s conjunction, which was accurate on the Solstice, is still very strong, and it will remain active until the 16^th of March. From this New Moon, though, this conjunction’s strength starts weakening significantly, and from the Full Moon and then it will be just a gentle push. As Jupiter is in a super-speed mode, even when it will turn Retrograde, during 2021, this conjunction won’t get reactivated, so make sure to make the best use of it. The next time the two planes will be in conjunction will be in 2040, while the next time they’ll make an auspicious aspect (and it will be “just” a hexagon) it will be in 2023.

Wish manifestation, both my magical means and by doing what we can do about those by mundane means, receives support and good luck. Charms, talismans, magical oils and perfumes, as well as meditative techniques are much more promising than usual, too. Keep in mind than when Jupiter and Saturn cooperate harmoniously, both the realisation of our wishes and the removal of problems are easier. Once again, by magical means and everyday ones, alike.

On a side note, the two strict teachers, Saturn and Chiron form a hexagon. This hexagon was accurate on the 9^th of February, and it is extremely strong. It will remain extremely strong until the Equinox. In fact, this is a years-long aspect and it has been strong since last March and will remain so until late October. It won’t stop affecting us, though, until the end of December 2022.

During the period of this aspect’s influence we can learn more about ourselves and about who we want to be and what we want to do. Or, maybe, who we are meant to be and what we are meant to do. As both these teachers aren’t kind, these lessons might not be pleasant ones. We might be forced to learn them the painful way. Until the 15^th, though, Venus supports Saturn, which can help us heal our sorrow, bitterness and traumas. Jupiter, the kind teacher is also in the game, making things easier and more pleasant. This support, though, will stop during the coming waning fortnight.

Therefore, this is, still, a very good period for us to do what we can to learn these lessons, and, to the extend of our abilities and situations, act accordingly. By doing as much as possible, now, we won’t have to deal with these issues, later on, when the sky won’t be similarly supportive.

So, overall, this is a mostly beneficial New Moon and waxing Moon period. The stress is still concentrated in the same areas of our lives, but their overall strength is decreasing. The Fixed Cross still receives much stress, but not as much any longer. Taurus, more clearly, but Aquarius, too, will feel this change right away. Nonetheless, Leo and Scorpio will also feel it, to a degree.
