Box spells are one of my personal favourites, the reason behind that is that they are simple, relatively inexpensive and given that you select a nice box it can decorate your house storing your wishes under everybody’s nose. This formula is built on number 7 – the number of good luck and wonders. 

Ingredients for the Lucky Box

  • Box of your choice
  • 7 magical charms for good fortune
  • a piece of paper
  • 5 white tea light candles
  • piece of chalk

Preferably to be cast on a Friday or Sunday when the moon is Waxing (growing bigger). Draw a pentacle on your floor using the chalk and put the open box at the centre of the circle. On each point of the star put one of the tea light candles and  when you are ready to cast the spell light them. 

Before you light each candle say: “ I light thee with a Divine Flame, may you bring me Good Luck, Fortune and Fame.”

Then you need to charge each of the magical charms and attune them with your energy while asking them to bring you good luck every day. Of course the selection of magical charms is highly personal and depends on how you feel about them, however I have created a small list to help you out just in case you get stuck:

  • A golden thread or ribbon
  • A lucky coin
  • Horseshoe
  • Picture of a ladybug
  • A paper rainbow 
  • A paper butterfly
  • A fairy symbol

Personal good luck items (remember your childhood charms or lucky objects for additional power)

Tonight, you might catch a glimpse of a ‘potentially hazardous asteroid’ named Phaethon. Its a three-mile long asteroid, traveling at the speed of 45.000mph – 72.500kmph.  In few hours, the gravity of Earth will bring it closer to us. Funny thing though, it’s name is not a very common name and in Magic, Phaethon is someone really important. 

Phaethon nearly Destroyed Earth

Phaethon was the son of the Oceanid (nymph of the Ocean) Clymene and the Sun God, Helios. Phaethon, challenged by his friends tried to impressed them with his divine origin.

Hence he asked his mother for a confidence boost. She advised him to turn to his father for confirmation, the Sun God. He asked his father for some proof that would demonstrate his origin. Helios, his father, allowed him to drive the sun chariot for a day. Phaethon though, was not able to control the chariot. He accidentally drove the chariot so close to the Earth that it nearly destroyed our planet.

Goddess of Earth, Gaia, asked for help. Zeus, the almighty King of Gods had to answer. Earth was in danger. Therefore, he stroke a thunderbolt and kill Phaethon instantly.

Phaethon – ‘Potentially Hazardous Asteroid’

Tonight, in few hours, at 10pm (GMT) Phaethon will approach earth. But don’t worry, we will make it through. The asteroid is classified as a ‘potentially hazardous asteroid’ by NASA because  it comes to Earth every 1 and half year. It’s orbit is only 6.2 million miles away from Earth. This is really close because is actually only two million miles away from Earth’s orbit.

As reported to Hurriyet Daily News, Mr Tahsin Ceylan, head of the diving team on the project: ‘Many civilisations and people had settled around Lake Van. They named the lake the “upper sea” and believed it hid many mysterious things. With this belief in mind, we are working to reveal the lake’s secrets. It is a miracle to find this castle underwater.”

 

A devilish monster living in the Ancient Lake?

But how did all this begun? This story might be much more peculiar. Professional divers were exploring Lake Van and searching for a reported monster similar to the legendary Scottish ‘Lock Ness’.  Underwater photographers, divers and academics joined forces to unravel the secrets of the ‘Upper Sea’ as this Lake is named.

So far though, they did not see the Turkish cousin of Nessy but they did discover a lost city which amazed all academic society. Mr Ceylan believes that the castle probably belonged to the Urartian civilisation judging from the castle’s stone structure resemblance. 

Urartu was an ancient civilization located in the mountains between the Caspian and the Black Sea.

Once again, what people used to say as legends came out to be more than true! There are rumours of legendary creatures, monsters and ancient people involving this dark lake. Who knows… maybe we have so much more to see!!

Do you still believe that Exorcisms are performed solely by Catholics? Meet Lizzy Rose. A real-life exorcist. And no, she is not catholic! Although she first experienced a ‘creepy’ exorcism when she was only four years old, attending a catholic ceremony. Instead of typical catholic rituals she employs her magical abilities to banish Demons and negativity following magical rites. According to her, she exorcises the ones who are possessed by maleficent energies three times a week. 

What is an Exorcism? 

The even word, coming from the Greek word ‘εξορκισμός’ is in fact the abolishing of energy or entity out of something or someone. This type of rituals are considered to be very challenging for both the practitioner and the subject of exorcism. 

There has been a long debate on what conditions should Exorcism be performed. As you can understand this can get a bit messy and frankly these rituals are proof of the existense of the supernatural. 

There is a catch!

DO NOT watch a ritual exorcism, not even recorded ones. The charms of the demons may influence you if you are not ready. I repeat. NEVER watch actual exorcisms.

Lizzy Rose, talked about her ceremonies. She casts her spells in her temple, decorated with pentacles and ritual symbols. As she confesses, sometimes, exorcisms tend to become creepier than usual, just like the movies. As a typical old-fashioned witch, she stores in her fridge frogs and non edible pork parts. You can even find some perfectly frozen human placentas, ready to be used in spells. She tells us that she gives an everyday fight with 

Lizzy Rose says that she took years of practice to be qualified as an eclectic witch and a high priestess of witchcraft as well as an ordained pagan minister, psychic and an exorcist. She confessed at News.com.au: “I did a spell with a 2km radius to banish everybody that was negative and almost everybody moved out except an old man across the road who is gorgeous.”

Step Three: Look at the Stars

It works for all people. When we look at the Stars we instantly understand how insignificant our problems seem compared to the magnificence of eternity and Creation.

They say that ‘when we look up to the Stars, our Guardian Angel smiles’. This probably happens because we finally try to attune with Cosmic Awareness. When we tap into the Greatness of the World(s) we automatically empower our Aura with our Divine Seed. 

If it’s not Nighttime or it’s cloudy etc you can just visualize the Stars and the Night Sky. 

Step Four: Take a Deep Breath

Did you know that when we take a full deep breath, our body automatically – unintentionally adjusts to it’s normal standards? 

Take this test. Stand up and take a deep long breath. See how your shoulders are raised and pushed back, how your neck straightens, and your chest is lifted. This is how you should normally stand. 

Repeat whenever you feel you don’t breathe normally or when you have ‘a bad feeling’. Most usually, this bad feeling is caused by the pressure of your chest’s diaphragm to your belly. Stand up, and just take one – deep – long – breath!

Step Five: Ask for Help

When we need help we should ask for it. It’s completely pointless if we believe we cannot handle our problems but we still don’t ask for help. 

Now, you can ask from anyone’s help if you trust this person. It’s really helpful to go out with your friends, husband/wife and talk through the stuff that bother us. 

Moreover we can ask for supernatural help.

YEP! It’s true. What we were all asking is soon going to become true. It seems that Universe has answered our prayers and the richest man of the World, Jeff Bezos CEO of Amazon wants to buy the copyrights of the classic novel. Amazon along with Warner Bros are in talks with the Tolkien Estate about an upcoming Lord of the Rings TV Series.

Variety reported that Jeff Bezos is a huge fan of fantasy films. This is why he was in talks with Warner Bros for a magical TV Series which will re-write TV history. Imagine a huge production of elves, wizards and hobbits directed in a ‘Game of Thrones’ style. Jeff Bezos, is personally involved in these negotiations although we should inform you that nothing is final yet. And yes! They succeeded! 

More Stories than the Book!

Yes! It’s amazing, the new Lord of the Rings TV Series will have more stories than the book to bridge the gaps between the book. This is actually amazing as we will have to opportunity to see what we have already been fantasizing about. Lady Galadriel and Gandalf have so much more to tell and teach us about power and magic, right?

Who dares to direct ‘Lord of the Rings’ after the masterpiece of Peter Jackson’s trilogy? I mean, this guy has raised the level of perfection not only for Lord of the Rings but for any fantasy movie. It all looked so real…

These news – about an upcoming Lord of the Rings TV Series – come right after Warner Bros and the Tolkien Estate settled an $80 million lawsuit. It was a five-year law battle as the Tolkien Estate claimed ‘copyright infringement’ over online gaming including gambling (slot) machines.

Well, one week ago, nothing was final. The big guys needed to talk this through more in order to finalise the deal.

“Lord of the Rings is a cultural phenomenon that has captured the imagination of generations of fans through literature and the big screen. We are honored to be working with the Tolkien Estate and Trust, HarperCollins and New Line on this exciting collaboration for television and are thrilled to be taking The Lord of the Rings fans on a new epic journey in Middle Earth.” Sharon Tal Yguado commented as head of scripted series for Amazon.
